Hi everyone.well its been along week...and I feel blessed to still be here...
last thurs night I went to er with an abcessed tooth to get some antibiotics..
the dr put me on 2 kinds,,,well by fri morn the whole said of my face was swelled and i even had alarge pocket of infection at the base of my throat the size of an egg,,,{going to tell you up front my typing is worse tha usual} My oldest daughter danelle caem over and adn said we are going to hosp ..glad she did casue the dr told my hubby another 12 hrs adn i ould have had to have a trach put in...the infection spread like wildfire overnight .I had to be transferred by ambulance from CMC to CMC Unviversity casue that is where they have thier oral surgeons...by 1am i was in surgery...they pulled 2 teeth and cleaned out that they could uput in a drain tube and had to put me in ventitlator as my windpipe was swelling. and also a tube into my stomach..not sure they they did that...my family said they were feeding me something that looked like ensure...I was heavily sedated the 4 days...my family said I would write on a clipboard but i don't rememebr it...and they has me restrained as to not pull out tubes...they tried on sun tot ake out ube adn i still could not breath so he told my hubby if he took it out i would have to have a trach aso he would try on mon...mon it came out after a couple trys...i guess they had tot aek out feeding tube frist as it was getting hung up onm it...they say i have a kink in my windpipe and very hard to intubate...I knew that from previous surgerys and carry altter from a dr stating such in case of emergency...well late teus I put in step dwon care adn the the dr came in sadi i was doing so well I would get to go home wed if I passed the swallow test,,,,had alwready had a couple of them...so i did but stilll am on a pureee diet am not allowed to chew or use a straw and cannot opne my mouth all way...still have swelling but its going dwon alittl each day and the scar will be min on ym face below my jaw,,,i had lots of people praying for me...i know in OHIO my nehpews church called 6 people in to pray together wile I was in surgery adn my church and friends were praying also...and my family was with me through the whole thing...
the past yr it seem its been on thing after another wiht ym honey sick a lot adn my health problems and trying to move but ia m still blessed....the lord said he would not put on us more than we can bear...he must think i have really big shoulders...lol...but he gets me through each trial adn I am better for it....I still feel so drugged...i cannot walk a straight line if I tried...lol...my system hangs onto drugs like that for ever it seems....this time its never been this bad but I guess its because i was so sedated those few days...verset and morphine...whew...what a cocktail...
I am just now starting to feel my back hurt again...casue it never stops hurting but this week...no pain till this morn when i woke up...so i know the meds are now srartgin to leave my body....lol

hello everyone....we have been unpacking and whew is that a job...have a couple pics I want to share to see what you think...i have a niche for my tv now, I will be using my tv armoire in my bedroom for my tv...I hated it looked so plain around my tv so I did this for fall ,,,what do you think????will change the garland for the seasons...most of my fall stuff is in a storage locker so have to go and get it....I did put out my new solar lights my{ BFF} internet friend JUNE sent me...they are so pretty...she also got me a cute snowman teapot and mugs and christmas set too...will show that at christmas.. stil got lots to do...and i have to make or buy some curtains...want barn red chkd ones..so we will see what I do...lol.doing the half bath kinda cottahe style..will post pic when I am done...its cute and pink..

I am going to have a giveaway...actually 2...one for painting friends...as I was blessed with a couple lockers full of painting surfaces....brought one truckload home still have to go back and get more next week...so I am going to give away a few thinsg for that and then a painted sled for some lucky winner to use this winter...I have my painting room all set up and even painted today, have some orders I am behind on....luckily they are christmas ones...lol...hope no one is mad...I am getting them done...and the cat and uncle sam chime and jingle bugs...

Finally move in

Hey everyone we got our last U-haul load last night...2 -26 ft trucks..and still have a storage shed and a small locker to move..i am so tired i can hardly stand up.almost fell trying to get in the shower tonight...lol.....now the unpacking and sorting and back to painting....all orders for winter will be out in nov around the first week....here is my new address

my phone and internet will be on oct 9th after 2 pm....yea I called the cable co and told them I could not wait 2 weeks for my service to be moved...so I will only be gone 1 day...lol

we are finally moving....back to Monroe NC...I am sooo happy...I will be offline till the 20th...The cable co said that is when they will be out to hook me back up...going to call them and see if they can come sooner....as my phone is with them also....will take pics of the move and post when Ia m back up adn running online..don't worry will be doing winter and christmas stuff in between unpacking and decorating....my new address is

thanks everyone for the kind words and prayers for my hubby....he might get to come home tomorrow...his siezures, low heart rate and bp is caused from the diabetes...will have to watch him more close...I did get this done today...had to add some more varnish..its a special order for a customer...have to also add the handle on top....

I want to give a big thank you to my nc rep Virginia Fox and her staff .I had been asking for help for a few weeks about a problem, a big problem with the IRS that was never going to end.It has been haunting us for 9 yrs and finally came to a head a few months ago and I did not know what to do but ask for help.I wrote everyone I could think of in the gov asking someone to please help us.No one responded but her.and quick also...I had to fill out one form giving her permission to work on our behalf ..i mailed it back on aug 15th....by aug 19th I get a call form one of her staff saying they had good news...It was solved and we owed no more taxes ..I about died...I told the guy that called us I would hug him if I could get there...he said he knew it was a heavy burden that had been lifted...we have worried about this for yrs and did not know what we were going to do...I had to ask for help..I now know there are good people in office that care about the little people...when I started writing people i thought no eon will help. we are not "somebody", just 2 people on SS that need help with a problem...but she did....and If we ever get a car I promise to campaign for her...never did anything lik eit but I will stand on the corner and hold a sign if nothing else...thank you REP Virginia Fox and your staff...you have no idea what this means to me and my husband...
